Gender inequality in the labor market in South Korea

This article explores the issue of gender inequality in labor market South Korea. Using a mixed-methods approach, study provides comprehensive understanding nature and extent disparities employment career advancement. The research findings highlight that women Korea face range challenges market, including underrepresentation high-skilled, high-paying jobs, limited access to training development opportunities, gender-based discrimination. also identifies key factors contributing disparities, such as stereotypes biases workplace. suggests policy interventions promote diversity inclusion workplace, provide with implement family-friendly workplace policies. study's have important implications for policymakers, employers, civil society organizations working equality women's empowerment Overall, underscores need sustained efforts address critical role promoting achieve social progress.
